Sopuru is an experienced cybersecurity professional with over seven years in Information Technology and cyber defense. She holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University, equipping her with advanced knowledge in securing systems and mitigating modern digital threats.

Her background spans desktop support, network security, and vulnerability identification, with hands-on experience troubleshooting systems and protecting critical infrastructure. In addition to her industry work, Sopuru serves as a cybersecurity instructor, where she prepares students for real-world challenges through a practical, experience-driven approach.

She is also the creator of an online cybersecurity course aimed at expanding access to education for individuals in Africa who may not have the financial resources to pursue traditional academic pathways. Through this initiative, she is committed to empowering the next generation of global cybersecurity professionals.

Currently, Sopuru is pursuing a second master’s degree with the goal of becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She aims to integrate human behavior and cognitive science principles into the advancement of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity practices.
