Scott Pearce’s journey within the institution has been one of dedication and progression, starting as the Tool Supply Technician. He became an Aviation Instructor, Assistant Director, Lead Aviation Instructor & Character Program Manager and now serves as the Associate Dean.

A testament to the institution’s commitment to cultivating its talent, Scott graduated from the Associate Program in 2020, followed by his bachelor’s degree from À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ in 2022. Undeterred in his pursuit of knowledge, he achieved his master’s degree in 2023, embodying the values and ethos that À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ upholds.
Pearce is a living embodiment of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ’s principles, actively engaging daily with the four pillars of Outcomes, Retention, Character, and Employment for students.
