Ramiro Salazar has over ten years of working experience in the field of Information Technology as a Networking Specialist/Technician and Consultant for companies such as Takata Inc, Advantage Rent-A-Car, Dell Inc, Citibank, McGarry Bowen. Salazar also has over 13 years of teaching experience for bachelor’s level courses at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, San Antonio College, and UTSA. Professor Salazar holds a bachelor’s in information systems from Our Lady of the Lake University and a master’s in information systems from the University of Phoenix. I have current industry certifications in CompTIA ITF+, A+, and Security+. His passion is teaching Python Programming, Cybersecurity fundamentals, and the Linux Operating System, as well as helping students pass industry certifications and earn their degrees.
