Craig W. Spaulding is an accomplished real estate executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in development, investment, and advisory services. He currently serves as Founder and President of Alonso Interests, LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm based in Boerne, Texas. Prior to this role, he was the Founder and CEO of South Bay Partners, Ltd., where he led the development and consulting of more than 80 senior housing facilities nationwide, totaling approximately 11,000 units and $1.6 billion in value. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at The Prudential Realty Group, overseeing development, asset management, leasing, and regional accounting functions, and began his professional path in real estate tax compliance with Arthur Young and Company. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Spaulding has demonstrated long-standing civic and nonprofit involvement through multiple board leadership roles, including serving on boards focused on housing, youth support, and community services. He is a retired Certified Public Accountant (Texas) and a former licensed real estate broker in Florida. He has also served on the University of Houston’s Board of Visitors. His philanthropic work includes founding family and educational foundations, and his personal interests include family, auto racing, sport fishing, and wildlife management.
